How renting works

The practical details of renting from RoboHub US — terms, deposits, delivery, protection, and rent-to-own. Every quote spells these out for your specific rental.

Rental periods & rates

We rent by the day, week, and month, and longer terms earn better rates. Every quote includes the robot, our full software stack, delivery and pickup, and remote support — no hidden line items.

Security deposit

Rentals carry a refundable security deposit, quoted per platform. It's returned in full after pickup inspection, less any charges agreed in your rental terms.

Delivery, setup & pickup

We deliver to all 50 states, set the robot up on site, and walk your team through safe operation. When the term ends, we schedule pickup at your convenience.

During your rental

Remote support and software updates are included for the whole term. If a unit develops a hardware fault that isn't your doing, we repair or replace it.

Damage & protection

Normal wear and tear is on us. Optional damage protection covers accidents for a small addition to your rate; loss or theft remains the renter's responsibility.

Rent-to-own

Decide to keep the robot during your term and a portion of the rental you've already paid can be credited toward the purchase price. The exact credit is confirmed in your quote.

Extending or ending early

Extensions are easy, subject to availability — just tell us before your term ends. Early returns are prorated according to the terms in your quote.
