What rental terms do you offer?

Do I need a deposit? What if something breaks?
Rentals include a refundable security deposit. Normal wear and tear is on us, and optional damage protection covers accidents — we'll walk you through the terms before you commit.
How do delivery and pickup work?
We deliver, set up, and demo the robot at your site, then pick it up at the end of the term. We serve all 50 states.
Can I buy the robot I'm renting?
Yes — rent-to-own is built in. Apply part of your paid rental toward the purchase price at any time during the term.
Is software included? Do you provide support?
Every rental ships with our in-house software stack and remote support for the whole term. Purchased robots get the same stack with ongoing updates.
